IRCC requires certified English or French translations of all foreign documents submitted with immigration applications. Nepali birth certificates must be translated by a non-family-member who is proficient in both languages and can certify the accuracy of the translation. Hamro Notary's certified translations meet IRCC's requirements for Express Entry, family sponsorship, provincial nominee programs, and study permits.
IRCC's rules specify that certified translators must include a certification statement signed in their own name, not as part of an organisation. Our translators comply with this requirement and include their full name, contact information, and signed declaration with each translation.
Notarisation of the translation is not required by IRCC but may be requested by provincial authorities or educational institutions. We offer notarised translations on request.
