Our office is located in Chabahil, Kathmandu — one of the most accessible areas in the city, just minutes from the Ring Road intersection at Chabahil Chowk.
Exit at Chabahil Chowk and head north toward Bouddha. We are on the right-hand side, approximately 200 metres from the intersection. Look for the Hamro Notary signboard above the ground-floor office entrance.
Street parking is available directly in front of the building. Motorbike and bicycle parking is free of charge. Walk-in clients are welcome during our regular office hours: Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and government public holidays.
Clients travelling from outside the Valley — Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Kirtipur, or Banepa — are encouraged to call or WhatsApp ahead so we can confirm your document requirements and minimise waiting time on arrival.
